Our Director has been involved in the consultant and construction division of Quantity Surveying. She was also involved in the consultant division of Project Management where she developed strong organisational skills in variety of situations to achieve deadlines. Our Director has been a Business Development Manager where she was responsible for bringing the company clients and also filling in tender documents to get more work for the company. Our Director has also been involved then lastly employed at a company constructing/renovating houses, libraries, clinics; shelters; restaurants in Atlanta Georgia (America) using only Light Gauge Steel for the construction frame.

Overview

 

Malibose Building Construction was established in 2015 by our Director Unathi Malibose Mboya. MBC has been able to show that women can be the leader and predominant in black female-owned and managed construction companies. One of MBC’s key focus areas is the development of young talent. The company is currently registered with CSD Registry South Africa, CIPC, COIDA, BBB-EE, SARS,the CIDB as level 2GB, 1CE, 1SK, 1EP. MBC has been registered with the NHBRC and SAWIC (South African Women In Construction) since its inception and remains in good standing. Our Director is a Construction Management Graduate with a Bachelor Degree from the institution of the University of Johannesburg in the Built Environment and a registered candidate of South African Council for the Project and Construction Management Professions (Candidate Number B/2878/2018).
